Covenant of Grace Ministries is located in the beautiful city of Niagara Falls, NY, where,
under the leadership of one of the most influential prophetic voices of our generation, Bishop Joseph
Brinson Jr., along with his dynamic wife, Lady Bertha Brinson, this ministry is impacting and
empowering lives throughout the Western New York region.
It all began when, in 2005, out of obedience to the call of God, Bishop Brinson Jr. accepted the
commission to birth out a ministry in the Niagara Falls area, with a focus on empowering men and
women to be Kingdom builders and world changers. With that divine mandate in his heart, he set out
on his pastoral journey, not really knowing where it would all lead. But God knew and He directed
Bishop to an abandoned church on South Avenue, which would become the first edifice inhabited by
the Covenant of Grace family to carry out worship.

The very first service was held with only 5 people in attendance, though the new pastor preached as if
there were thousands of souls present. In response to his obedience, not too long after, God's favor
was bestowed upon Pastor Brinson again. Within the same year, the ministry was blessed to enter
into a new building located at 715 Third Street that was better suited to its needs.
But God had even more in store for Covenant of Grace Ministries when word about the anointed
services and the life-changing prophetic impartation rapidly spread. Souls were being saved and set
free; individuals and families hungry for an authentic move of God became a part of the ministry.
Soon, there was a need for more space to make room for the outpouring of souls and the realization
of the vision God planted in the Shepherd's heart.
In October of 2008, Covenant of Grace Ministries purchased 1509 Main Street, a beautiful, expansive
church with ample office space and facilities to finally accommodate the growth and development of
new ministries, programs and partnerships.
In just 6 years, Covenant of Grace has made great strides and is making a significant difference in
the lives of the people it serves and the community as a whole. The membership is continually
growing and exciting new ministries and outreaches are being developed.
